January to October, 2016

I started the year in New South Wales, house sitting at Ulmarra, on the Clarence River.  My motorhome went into storage in Sydney in February while I went to Spain and Portugal. In March, I went on a one week cruise starting in Sydney, to celebrate a friend's 70 th. I then made my way back to Queensland so I could house sit for friends at Redland Bay, Brisbane. I was there for 6 weeks. In September I did some house sitting at Warwick and then headed into New South Wales. I did some house sitting at Rylstone.

January to March, 2015

Most of January, I stayed in Melbourne. I enjoyed the city and a day at the Australian Open tennis championship. In February, I made my way along the south eastern coastline. I spent several days camping in  Wilson Promintary National Park. The scenery was spectacular.  I watched the small penguins at Phillip Island and revisited Malacoota. By March, it was time to head north into New South Wales, along the coast to Queensland.

October to December, 2014

I collected a new motorhome in October and then headed to South Australia. I planned to go to Kangaroo Island this time. I liked it so much I stayed for ten days. Then I headed for Victoria, drove along the Great Ocean Road and spent Christmas at Queenscliffe, on Port Phillip Bay. It used to be the holiday destination for the wealthy from Melbourne.

March to July, 2014

I stayed in Tasmania for March and then headed for Queensland to house sit for friends at Redland Bay, Brisbane.  In June, I drove north but only as far as Longreach, Queensland. My time in the north was short because I was volunteering in Cambodia for August and September, leaving from Brisbane.
